Products Page
Administrators have access to products licensed to their schools or district on the Products page. School administrators see all products licenses for their school, while district administrators see all products licensed for all schools within the district.
Buttons at the top of the Products page have preset filters with product totals for quick views of license information at the school or district level.

More detailed filtering can be completed by searching for a product name, selecting a learning system, and/or sorting by product name (A-Z, or Z-A) or class count (low to high, or high to low). Products that meet the criteria entered are displayed on the page as either tiles with thumbnail images, or in a list format. The default view is the tile format.
Information displayed for each product includes:
- Product Name
- Learning System/Platform
- Licensed by (school or district)
- Number of associated Classes
- License Status Symbol (lower right corner)
If an image is not available for a specific product, the platform logo will display, such as Realize.
The Product Details page includes different tabs which you can quickly view:
- Auto Rostered Classes - See a list of classes rostered through your district's SIS that have been added to the product selected. Associate more classes to that product.
- Manually Rostered Classes - See a list of classes for your school or district that were added through the bulk upload process and associated to the selected product. Associate more classes to the product.
- License Usage - View license information for your organization, including expiration dates, number of classes using the selected product, total licenses, total licenses consumed, and available licenses.
- License pool details -View details for specific product purchases for your organization.
Click the name of the product to go to the Product Details page.
There are two distinct ways to view the products when they are available for your school or district. The default view displayed upon landing on the Products page is the grid view represented by the box icon with nine small squares. The grid display shows images of the platforms or the products for quick visual recognition. Platform images display when product pictures are not available. The second product display is a list format. To see all or filtered products in a list format, click the icon with the four horizontal lines to the right of the Export button. Easily toggle between the grid view and the list view by selecting the different icons.
Results of your product filter can be exported using the Export All or Export Filtereddrop down arrow to the left of the total Products number. If viewing all products, click the Export All button to download a .csv file with all products. If products are filtered, an arrow will illuminate to the right of Export All providing another option to Export Filtered. Product downloads include the following information:
- Product Name
- Learning System(s)
- Licensed By (either District or School)
- Classes (Number of classes using that license)
- Status (License status)
